We’ve reached the top of the D.R.E.A.M. Ladder.
Over the last four weeks, we’ve Disrupted the default, Reduced our lifestyle to buy freedom, Entered the bigger rooms, and Asked for alignment.
But there is one final barrier that stops even the most brilliant professionals: Logic.
As an engineer and a strategist, I used to be a prisoner of the “How.” If I couldn’t logically map out every step from A to Z, I wouldn’t even let myself dream it. I thought I was being “realistic.” I didn’t realize I was being “limited.”
This brings us to the final step: M — Move Toward Your Calling.
The £5.5 Million House Story
My wife is a dreamer. She’s not afraid to imagine a future that doesn’t exist yet. A few years ago, she showed me a house on RightMove.
The price tag: £5.5 million.
My immediate internal reaction was: “Why are we doing this? Why am I punishing myself by looking at something I can’t afford and can’t see a path to owning?” She looked at me and said, “I have to inspire you to open your mind to what is possible.”
It was a struggle for me. But as I started to let go of the “How,” something shifted. I stopped dreaming based on my Current Reality and started dreaming based on my Potential. I stopped looking for a 10% raise and started desiring a 10X Identity.
From Faceless Coach to Architect of Purpose
When I started the “Faceless Coach” brand, I was scared stiff. I hid behind avatars and keyboards because I wondered, “Would anyone listen? Do I have the authority?” But I took the micro-steps. I practiced the “muscle” of confidence. And as I moved toward the identity of a leader who empowers others, the “How” began to reveal itself. I didn’t get 10X better at technical skills; I got 10X larger on the inside.
You are not a “Company Man” waiting for a title. You are an Architect of Purpose building a legacy.

- M — Move: What choice grows my Future Calling, even if it looks smaller on paper today?
